What is the programme about?
The Learners License #TsenaMotseleng skills development facilitates a Learners -Drivers license certificate programme for Grade 11 and 12 learners from 2024. This is in partnership with KSDI, North West Provincial Department of Community Safety and Transport Management as well as the North West Department of Education.
How much does a learner’s license cost?
Total cost per learner = R1 727.00 – made up as follows:
- Registration R290.00 (nonrefundable)
- Booking fee = R126.00
- Issuing fee = R126.00
- Photos cost = R80.00
- Learning material (Exam pad, Pen & K53 textbook) = R130
- 5 hours’ tutorials per day = R 195 for 5 days = R 975

- This is a 5-day programme held over 5 Saturdays of 5 hours per Saturday.
